For covering certain downtown areas without much public transport routes, the shuttle bus service for staff in Macau and Taipa district during morning peak hour and evening peak hour is provided. Besides, the service operator for staff shuttle services will be changed from 2 January 2025 (Thursday), the bus types will therefore be adjusted accordingly while the bus routes and stops will remain unchanged. Details are:

Service Vehicle: 45 seater tourist bus

  • Departure Time: 18:15 (Mondays to Thursdays, except public holidays)
  • Departure Time: 18:00 (on Fridays, except public holidays)

UM Administration Building Bus Stop (N6) → UM Corridor next to Postgraduate Houses (S4) → *Barra / Fong Son San Chun → Praça Ponte Horta / Macau Masters Hotel → Alm. Lacerda / Mercado Vermelho

*The drop-off point at Barra / Fong Son San Chun is now being temporarily suspended due to the road works.

Service Vehicle: 45 seater tourist bus

  • Departure Time: 18:05 (Mondays to Thursdays, except public holidays)
  • Departure Time: 17:50 (on Fridays, except public holidays)

UM Administration Building Bus Stop (N6) → UM Corridor next to Postgraduate Houses (S4) → Macau Jockey Club → Centro Comercial do Group Brilhantismo → Jardim da Flora

Service Vehicle: 37 seater tourist bus

  • Depart at 08:15 (Every Mondays to Fridays, except public holidays)

Edifício Industrial Tong Lei → #Travessa de Chan Loc → *Rua do Almirante Sérgio (Wong Ping Kei)  → UM Postgraduate Houses Bus Stop (PGH) → UM Central Teaching Building Bus Stop (CTB) → UM Administration Building Bus Stop (N6)

#The pick-up point at R. das Lorchas is now being temporarily suspended and moved to Travessa de Chan Loc due to the road works.
*The pick-up point “Wong Ping Kei” (Rua do Almirante Sérgio) is now being temporarily suspended due to the road works.

Service Vehicle: 37 seater tourist bus

  • Depart at 08:10 (Every Mondays to Fridays, except public holidays)

Jardim da Flora → NAPE (Tong Nam Ah Central Comércio, near Building No.180) → Grand Dragon Hotel (Edf. Nam San, Taipa) → UM Postgraduate Houses Bus Stop (PGH) → UM Central Teaching Building Bus Stop (CTB) → UM Administration Building Bus Stop (N6)

Note:

  • Only UM staff (including regular staff and non regular staff) are eligible for this service;
  • UM campus cards must be presented for identification purpose;
  • Standing is NOT allowed and the service operates on a “first come, first served” basis.  In case all the seats are occupied, please consider taking other alternatives such as pubic transport;
  • Staff shuttle bus service for evening peak hour (Leave UM) is suspended during New Year’s Eve and Lunar New Year’s Eve.
