Considering that there are more than 50 buildings on this 1 km² campus, the Security and Facilities Services Section (SFS) of Campus Management and Development Office (CMDO) has been providing campus loop shuttle services to around ten thousands of UM staff, students and residents for their conveniences on travelling around campus for living, teaching, learning and other activities.
- Only UM students, staff, SQ residents and RC residents are eligible for this service;
- UM campus cards must be presented for identification purpose;
- This service runs on “first come, first served” basis;
- Standing is allowed on bus;
- No smoking, drinking or eating is allowed;
- Please vacate the priority seat for the pregnant, injured, elderly and disabled person;
- Please queue for campus loop shuttle bus;
- Please press the bell to signal the driver before get off the bus;
- Please bring along your personal belongings when get off the bus.
- 1 hour before the typhoon signal No.8 or higher is hoisted, campus loop service will be suspended;
- When typhoon signal No. 8 is lowered, campus loop service will be resumed to normal within 1.5 hours; if service duration is less than 2 hours, campus loop service will be suspended that day.
